Y tracks them the entire way screaming babe they do something to slow him down and then he finds them again and t was just so weird Everything he did and said was weirdThen of course they ends up with some screaming crazy stripper who also happens to be a jesus freak and chases them screaming about god s baby or something and t was bizarre and so cringy Meanwhile a lot of the actual roadtrip traveling was just put nto short paragraphs as the miles went by I didn t feel any emotional mpact or bonding from the

girls either because
either because get n such stupid fights at the worst time And Bailey was a caricature of a person The writing was truly adults writing teenagers badly and The Creative Habit it hurt Also that lesbian rep A big yikes from meBut please read Girls on the Verget hits on everything this book didn t Wtf The Rest of the Story is wrong with these authors Thiss a horrible concept that glorifies ending human life No matter the circumstances a fetus s alive and deserves to continue to be alive Lots of loving couples waiting to adopt a baby Awful and sad t s telling young girls that n order to move on with an education you must get an abortion Very anti women mind set We don t have to kill our babies to succeed n life This book makes women look weak I m not surprised a man did help write Lords of Life: A History of the Kings of Thailand it Unpregnants a weird book and no not n a good wayTo clear up a few things because I know this uestion will be coming to me n the comments once I leave this book a 2 star review I am pro choice I don t really have any deep thoughts whatsoever on what the status of a fetus should legally morally or ethically be and I have no problem with people choosing For Themselves What They themselves what they The Tears of Eros is right whether thats to support or not support abortion or to get one themselves or notWith that little politics song and dance out of the way I really found this book to be unlikeable It was like a feminist wannabe uentin Tarantino story or something It wasn t funny and t wasn t particularly clever either Actually I m not entirely sure what the author was going for here only that I found t an extremely weird story with a whole host of mostly one dimensional characters The plot of Unpregnant follows Veronica Clarke a girl whose jackass of a boyfriend has gotten her pregnant deceptively to this book s credit at least Simon Spatz: From Holocaust to Halifax, A Story of Survival and Success it points out whynterfering with a condom and being deceptive with birth control A Life in Two Worlds is wrong Veronica has a lot going for her She s a valedictorian prom ueen Christian basically as wholesome as a loaf of Wonder Bread and a pregnancys obviously going to The Hitler Kiss: A Memoir of the Czech Resistance interfere with her educational plans but to get an abortion she ll need to travel to the nearest available place fort which happens to be uite far away With this The Doré Illustrated Balzac Droll Stories in mind Veronica enlists the help of a very unlikely source ex friend Bailey Butlern what turns nto a uirky and unpredictable road tripWhile this seemed to me like the kind of story I might enjoy I actually found that t was extremely forced and clich Maybe twenty years ago Tracks and Sign of Insects and Other Invertebrates: A Guide to North American Species it might have been groundbreaking It s a little late to the party withts controversial theme Feminisms at a Millennium if abortion actually still shocks anybodyn this day and age or Gwydion's Dawn inspires a great deal of deep thought I would be extremely surprised Alright to be fair I m Canadian I learned about abortionn a non biased public school health class because we re a bit progressive on the topic of women s choices but still even n the southern US I have a hard time believing that this journey would be that bizarrely covert and clandestine I ve seen and read uite a few stories on other polarizing subjects gay rights for example which follow similar plots and feature similar characters I could still enjoy a clich story f I liked the characters but they were too one dimensional for the most part to even be remotely Mj 12. Die Geheime Regierung interesting or they didn t get enough timen the story to really get to know them a whole lot Veronica Strahlend In Purpur Und Goldd. Heilige Reich Von Konstantinopel in particular wasn t just one dimensional she was also extremely unrealistic as a character and reminded me of a girl from a 1950 s afterschool film rather than a modern teenager It s so bad that at one point her friend even pointst out to her Sierra Wildflowers: Mt. Lassen to Kern Canyon in the storytself and of course the character pushes the rebellion thing and all to prove otherwise for readers which comes off as fake and awkward Bailey as a cha. The closest place she can legally get one s over nine hundred miles away and Veronica doesn’t have a car Too ashamed to ask her friends or family for help Veronica turns to the one person she believes won’t judge her Bailey Butler Jefferson High’s own little black cloud of anger and snark and Veronica’s ex best friend Once on the road Veronica uickly remembers nothing with Racter serves as a complete opposite Veronica s STRICT RELIGIOUS UPBRINGING THE TWO GREW APART OVER TIME religious upbringing The two apart over time the past and are now getting to know each other again out on the open road which I ll give a star for because there were points at which this rekindled friendship was very effective but there are times where t also feels very forced and oddly paced Go figure too that as a lesbian Bailey Haunted Louisiana: The Most Haunted Houses in Louisiana is stereotyped as the bad girl rebel who pushes the envelopen Bible Belt America The book s a situation of out of touch adults trying to write modern teenage characters It s about as awkward as your mom and dad playing 1970 s disco music at your sixteenth birthday party while all your friends cringe at t The Christian good girl gone bad and the edgy lesbian rebel A Mistaken Match is a duo older than I amn pop culture and I m twenty one Let s move on from those tired old character tropes especially Lodz in a time period where we re supposedly trying to get away from that thingI really didn t find this book funny either and not only because ofts forced uirkiness and unrealistic misadventure I fail to see how the subject matter of a girl being deceived by her boyfriend nto thinking he used proper protection getting pregnant and having to drive from state to state looking for an abortion clinic to be amusing Moreover f a lack of abortion access for women and girls The Diminished is such anmportant topic t should be treated as such In Unpregnant t s written as an adventure of the underdogs screwing over conservative Christian America by doing something taboo not as an mportant and serious choice for somebody to make It does nothing to reflect why abortion access and reproductive rights are so mportant Rather Claimed by a Cowboy it ll piss off those who we can expect to be offended by the topic andt almost glorifies this society where abortion access Discipline is such a struggle for the adventurous backdrop I really don t consider this struggle to be either comedic or adventurous just rather depressingI wouldn t say that Unpregnants terrible but Claim the Night (The Claiming its messages heavy handed Claimed by Desire its characters could have used a lot development andt s not an overly original concept It might be worth reading Say Youll Remember Me if only to set the scene for a discussion on responsible sex and women s reproductive rights but as a fictional bookt s pretty shallow I loved this book It Accidental Bodyguard is essentially Super Bad with female main characters butnstead of trying to get to a party they re on a road trip to an abortion Even though the topics discussed throughout the book are heavy and serious there s this amazing humor and report between these two female characters that you almost forget at times where they re headed and just enjoy the ride That being said there s open conversations about things such as religion abortion female rights and other Southern values showing the multisided views to each and not painting anything as black and white rather on what s right for different people I just did not like this at all I didn t like the charcters and actually hated a few the relationships felt underdeveloped like this at all I didn t like the charcters and actually hated a few the relationships felt underdeveloped the plot was just a run on joke I appreciate that the authors were going for a light hearted comedy when dealing with a heavier topic but literally nothing n the story made an mpression or Mehr als das impact on me It went from one outlandish adventure to the next stolen cars attempted cow tipping stip clubs and a little BE And yeaht was kinda fun but with no real emotional grounding The Accidental Cowboy (Angel Crossing, Arizona, if felt wasted and one dimensional I do think the abortion plots kinda glossed over and used as a plot device to really focuses on the reconnected friendship between Veronica and Bailey and while I always love a friendship focused story there wasn t enough here to make me care for either of the characters I still don t feel like I really know either of them or their history or their families I could maybe give you a few bullet points about each but not many It took me around 2 hours to read this and Abby and the Bachelor Cop it s just a whole blur of bleh I really thought I would love this or at least enjoyt but sadly that was not the case I seem to be an outlier with this book so Eye to Eye if you thinkt s Accidentally Expecting interesting or worth checking out make sure to check our some other reviews and read a previewf you can I received a copy of the book from the publisher via Edelweiss n exchange for an honest revie. Ailey s ever simple and that means two days of stolen cars shotguns crazed ex boyfriends truck stop strippers with pro life agendas and a limo driver named Bob But the pain and betrayal of their broken friendship can’t be outrun When their fighting leads to a brutal moment of truth Bailey abandons Veronica Now Veronica must risk everything n order to repair the hurt she’s cause. .

Seventeen year old Veronica Clarke never thought she would wish she’d failed a test until she finds herself holding a thick piece of plastic n her hands and staring at two solid pink lines Even the most consistent use of condoms won’t prevent pregnancy when your boyfriend secretly pokes holes n them to keep you from going out of state for college Veronica needs an abortion but. ,
